OVERVIEW

We aim to dispatch your orders with the utmost of care and love. However, there may be a delay in delivering your order during the festive season or due to some unforeseen circumstances. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause as we are devoted towards providing the best of quality. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIMELINE

Kindly note that this delivery timeline would vary for couture or made to order products. We will work towards sending your order as safely and quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your orders within 3 to 5 days which would be subject to the type of order placed. The delivery timeline would be between 7-14 days after dispatch. There may be some unforeseen delay due to the issues with delivering in certain areas and pin codes. We work with the best of the delivery partners to ensure these delays are minimised and your order reaches you safely. 

 

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

A signature or an OTP is required for all packages delivered. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS


The method of shipment for these items is dictated by the policies of our shipping partner domestically and internationally. We will work towards ensuring a smooth shipping journey from our home to yours.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

All prices on the website are inclusive of taxes and shipping charges. However, in the unlikely scenario where the product will need to be exchanged, we kindly request the customer to bear one side of the delivery charges.

 

SUGGESTED PRACTICES WHEN ACCEPTING THE PARCEL FROM THE COURIER PARTNER

Be alert when accepting the parcel from courier!

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the quality and quantity of the items with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.

 

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN

We are a proud Indian designer and manufacturer based out of Mumbai, Maharastra. All shipping and delivery will be sent through Mumbai to the world.
